KARE 11 is an NBC-affiliate television station that covers the Twin Cities metro area in Minnesota. It is owned by Tegna, Inc. I was hired as a Sunrise Digital Content Producer in Sep. 2018. I was responsible for posting to social media platforms, monitoring overnight news and organizing the website overnight. I also curated and created content for the Sunrise morning show. I posted daily Sunrise content to YouTube during the show. I created graphics and wrote web stories for Sunrise's segments "Morning Refresh" and "Women 'Crushing It' Wednesday." I posted web stories for Sven Sundgaard's segments called "Sven Explains" and "Explore with Sven" and for KARE 11's Real Men Wear Gowns segment. Although my shift was overnight, I worked with the dayside team when needed.
